Zucker family from Koszeg and Budapest (query from Australia

I am looking for the address of the house my father, Robert Stephen Zucker was born in in Koszeg in 1926. His father was Willhelm Rolph Zucker, born 1888 in Strakonitz, and his mother was Elisabeth Pal, born in Koszeg.

Also I am trying to find the house they lived in in Budapest, until 1938. The addres was Balvanye utca 17. I cannot find this on any current maps.

My father died at the age of 59 in 1984, and I never really had the chance to ask him about his boyhood in Hungary.
